Summit Trail - Piestewa Peak

This urban desert trail climbs Piestewa Peak to the highest point in the park, with sweeping views of the entire valley. Bring plenty of water anytime of year.

One of the best outdoor "staircases" in Arizona. This is a popular place to get a workout, so expect lots of company.

Dogs and bicycles are NOT permitted.

Directions:

East on Squaw Peak Drive from Lincoln Drive between 22nd and 24th streets.
